This process is for IAPRI members interested in presenting at the 32nd IAPRI Member Conference in either a peer reviewed, general stream, or poster session. For general stream research presentation and poster, you must submit a short abstract for review by the Scientific Committee. Application Case Study presentations require an extended abstract. For immediate peer review you must attach a full paper to facilitate the review.

General stream and poster sessions, the Scientific Committee will review and score each abstract and the results will be communicated back to the submitter.

Peer-reviewed stream submissions accepted by the Scientific Committee must follow the process indicated below and submit a full paper to John Wiley & Sons Ltd.'s publication Packaging Technology & Science for their review and acceptance. 

Important Dates:     

General Stream Deadlines

• Abstract Submission: November 15th, 2024
• Abstract Acceptance Notification (on a rolling basis): by March 1st, 2025
• Full Paper Deadline: May 10th, 2025
• Final Presentation Deadline: May 20th, 2025

Peer-Review Stream Deadlines

• Full Paper Submission to PTS: December 15th, 2024
• Abstract Submission to IAPRI: December 15th, 2024
• Paper Acceptance Notification from PTS  will be on a rolling basis
• Final Presentation Deadline: May 20th, 2025

Presenters:
The submitter must be affiliated with an IAPRI member institution or corporation. You must have access via member login to the IAPRI website to submit an abstract.  If you need to be added as an associate at your member institute, contact Ed Church at sg@iapri.org.org with your contact information. A paper or extended abstract is required according to the IAPRI guidelines. All presenters must register and attend the conference to present a PowerPoint presentation of their research.
