The following information details the process for the submission of papers presenting high-quality original research and development for the IAPRI conference. It is open for IAPRI members and others interested in presenting at the 25th IAPRI World Conference in a peer reviewed, general stream, or poster session.

Please note that this year the abstract submission deadlines are scheduled earlier than in previous years. This adjustment has been made to improve efficiency and accelerate decisions so that authors will be informed well in advance of the conference in China whether their submission has been accepted as a peer-reviewed paper, a general stream presentation, or for a poster presentation. To further improve efficiency, it also has been decided that the deadlines are final and that there will be no extensions.

At the start of the submission, you will complete your contact information and add any co-presenter, you will then select the research area category and presentation type. The next step is new. You will be asked some questions regarding your proposed technical presentation. Your answers will aid a review panel of three reviewers from the Scientific Committee to evaluate your submission for clarity, relevance, scientific merit, and fit with the conference theme. These questions are organized to align with common review criteria such as technical rigor, originality, relevance to the association, potential impact, and presentation quality. To make answering the questions easier for you, you are encouraged to review the questions first and then complete your abstract. After that come back to answer the questions regarding your proposed technical presentation.

The following chart shows the review process for both peer review and general stream submissions:
